Puasa Kesepuluh

 
 
Im soooo tired today.... so i only made one kueh.....

Apam Tapai

Bahan-bahannya:

2 cwn tapai
500gm tepung beras
2 cwn gula
4 cwn air
1 pkt eno

Cara
1. Mesinkan gula, air dan tapai tadi hingga halus.
2. Masukkan terpung beras dan mesin hingga sebati dgn 2 cwn air.
3. Biarkan hingga kembang (sekurang2nya 4 jam).
4. Akhirnya, masukan eno dlm bancuhan tepung yg dah diperap tadi, tambah pewarna jika suka dan sudukan ke dlm acuan dan kukus.


Penat penat pun sempat buat kuih...mama ni...tadi penat, ajak hubby gi beli takeaway je...malas! Wed 4-Oct-2006 20:44
