Hari ni keluar satu hari.... we went to Newcastle. So in the morning we had.....popia and mini eclairs out from freezer. Selalunya kalau masak memang simpan dalam freezer so emergency... like today stock tetap ada.....

Bawang goreng
Cara-cara Semua bahan sayur dipotong memanjang.
Masukkan semua bahan sayur kecuali timun ke dalam kuali
Goreng sayur cuma sebentar.
Siapkan kulit popia dan semasa hendak mengulung taburkan bawang goreng dan udang kering tadi.
Sos:
1/2 cawan gula
4 sudubesar madu
1/2 cawan cuka
1/2 biji lemon (diambil jus)
sedikit garam
2 biji cili merah (dibuah biji dan potong kasar)
Cara:
Masak semua didalam periuk hingga pekat sedikit.
[1) In a round braiser, melt Butter in Water, and bring to a boil.
[2) Add Flour and stir with either a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.
Stir until batter leaves sides of braiser.
[3) Take off heat and put in Mixer with paddle.
[4) Mix on low speed and add eggs one by one, allowing each egg to mix into the batter.
[5) Pipe out of a pastry tube into 1" by 5 1/4" eclairs, onto a lightly oiled full sheet pan.
[6) Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Inside should be dry.
Open oven door, turn off oven and let pan sit on open door to cool slowly so they do not collapse.
Fill with freah cream for making eclairs and dip in melted chocolate.

Samalah dengan kak rossya pun suka freezekan pastry eclairs dan cream puffs yang sudah dibakar. Bila2 nak makan baru sumbatkan dengan isinya.. Very convenient kan.. Amy?
