Its Adam's turn his time... one of his favourite teacher Mrs Coulthard who has been teaching in Preston Primary School for 20 years is retiring. Adam also is leaving the school to move on to senior school in September so it was very big day for Adam and Adam has ask if Mummy can bake him a cake for the presentation day. Adam has also wrote a poem for Mrs Coulthard that he read during the ceremony. To me it was very beautiful and Im so proud of you Adam....
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 8 inch square baking pan. Line bottom with wax paper or dust lightly with flour.
Sift together the flour and salt
Cream the butter and blend in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Add the sifted dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Stir until just blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Remove from pan and allow it to cool.

Wouwoooo! bosarrrnya kek yang adinda amy buat tu.Begapee kilo ye. Macam buku yang sedang hebat dipasaran ni nampaknya..Harry Potter yang macam dipamerkan oleh adinda Wan Kamariah kita tu semalam. 5 paun je harga buku tu kan..murah, tapi kalau di Msia mahu seratus lebih tu. Oppss maaf, cerita buku lak k z ni. Baru je lihat kehebatan amy decorat kek untuk anakanda yg comel Sofea, top-toppp terpapar lagi gambar kek untuk anakanda Adam. Syabas Adam kerana Sept nanti Adam ke senior school. Lopas ni kami di Bowburn nak jemput amy buka kelas masak-memasak untuk kami.
