Sausage Pizza Bun And Pepperoni Spicy Bun

Back in the kitchen today... getting ready on what to make for my kiddies pack lunch this. Actually besides being lazy I work full time so usually I try to cook during weekends and fill my freezer with some goodies for the week cheat huh??? but what to do...dah nasib badan labu although the kids still request for allsorts of pau for their pack lunch, but mummy is starting to look like pau already (not that I didnt before hehehe) reality is I am sick at looking at pau and making them hehehe. My children tengah "musim" pau, although I made 56 pieces lastweek, this week Im back to square one zeroooo! Tapi kenangkan anak2 punya request buatla jugak... This time I use chocolate filling and sweetcorn custard filling, not missing the favourite sambal ikan bilis. I didnt take any picture as I think by now everyone is sick at looking at pau (well I am at least ) yang kelakarnya.... just after steaming the pau, my children start running in the kitchen to collect their favourite pau and mummy scream "eh! thats for your pack lunch....." but by the time I turn again.... it was all gone
So.... I decide to make some back up source and made some buns

Basic Dough

600g high protine flour
84g sugar
12g instant yeast
6g bread improver ( I didnt use this)
12g bread softener (I didnt use this)
12g salt

1 egg
300 ml water (i substitute with fresh full cream milk)
18g milk powder (i omit because already use milk instead of water)
62g magerine/shortening

Method:
Place all dry ingredients in mixing bowl and using hook beater,mix and slowly add milk/water and egg. Then lastly add the margerine. Mix until dough are well combined and soft. Dough should come seperate from the bowl and not sticky.

Take out the dough from machine and divide the dough for 50g each. Shape it into round ball. Leave for 10 minutes and shape as u like. I followed the style that "penyulawa" did in step by step for sausage and did my own for peperoni spicy bun.

After shapping and filling, place on baking tray and leave to rest for another 30 minutes.Then bake until golden brown.


*for sausage- I use chicken sausages, mix veg. mayonaise, tomato ketchup.

*for pepperoni- I use pepperoni, mayonaise,chilli sauce and cheese.

halamak jauh amat umah amy nie....ingatkan dok kat M'sia. Rajinnya memasak...senang ke dapat bahan-bahan kat uk tu?dok fikir gak ni kalau wat laksa asam atau asam pedas tu boleh dapat ke daun kesum, bunga kantan tu...saje tanya...kalau nak pos kat amy tentu bila sampai dah kering daun tu... ana: alah ana, masak tu kan dah kewajipan... yang soalnya tu, masak apa?? masak nasi ke, masak air ke...hehehe tu semua tengok moodlarrr Kat sini nak dapat barang susahlak gak, daun kesum tu tanam sendiri... bunga kantan tu beli beku kat london. Yang lain2 mana boleh pakai instant atau subsitute tu terpaksa la... dari tak dapat sebab tu anak2 amy lebih gemar kueh melayu... sini mana nak cari, mak la kena buat
mamafami: hi how are you my dear? amy buat pau tu kukus biasa sat jek, pas tu freeze then kukus lagi bila nak hidang atau bekal. So far laju jek... kadang tak sempat beku hehehe
