Marinade 3 tablespoons Brown vinegar
1 teaspoon Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon Powdered aniseed
1/4 teaspoon Powdered star anise
1/4 teaspoon Powdered cinnamon
Method : Wash ribs and pat dry.
Combine ingredients for marinade, mix in ribs and marinate for 4-6 hours.
Stir in honey and tomato ketchup and leave for 15 minutes more.
Grill ribs in an electric grill preheated to 200oC for 7-8 minutes on each side.
Brush with a little oil before serving.
You may also shallow fry the ribs in a non-stick pan till crisp.
