A very simple dish but always a favourite in my house
Roti Jala
1 cup of flour
1 cup of coconut milk (add more if needed)
1 egg
a touch of tumeric powder
Just place everything in a blender and press go.... Walla....
I think the tricky bit is more on the "jala" bit.... My aunty use to say the "jala" has to be really halus... kalau tak just stick to making "kueh dadar" hahaha... but did it ever put me off?? NO!!
If my hubby is a nelayan and use this "jala" to tangkap ikan.... my kids would be starving
